Celebrating New Year in the city was awesome and staying at this hotel made it even better. the rooms were comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and catered to all our needs with a smile. the location was perfect, close to all the major attractions and restaurants. the hotel's food was delicious and we especially enjoyed trying out the local cuisine. the New Year's Eve party organized by the hotel was fantastic and filled with great entertainment options.
The language barrier between us and the staff, as we couldn't communicate in the local language fluently. But, they were accommodating and we were able to get by with a mix of English and hand gestures.

The hotel is located in a safe and posh area with a good neighborhood, providing a comfortable environment for families with small children. the rooms are small but comfortable, equipped with all basic amenities. the staff is attentive, providing good customer service. the restaurant within the hotel offers a variety of international and local Bangladeshi cuisine, and the buffet-style breakfast has a wide selection to choose from. the hotel also provides a surprisingly good WiFi service, allowing guests to stay connected.
The language barrier might be a slight issue who do not speak Bangla, as some staff members are only comfortable communicating in the local language.

Well, the location of the hotel has easy access to metro station and bus stops which is really convenient. Christmas decorations were also pretty good making the hotel look festive and all. The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The room service was good and the hot water supply was constant.
The bathroom was not very clean with some hair on the floor and in the shower. The WiFi was slow and kept disconnecting frequently, which is a real pain when you're trying to get some work done.
